All contributions properly presented at IPAC’23 by a registered author will be published in the conference proceedings on the JACoW.org website.
For every contribution authors are asked to submit a paper that respects the paper guidelines. Use of the official JACoW templates is mandatory – always download the latest version of the template (Word, LaTeX or OpenDocument) before starting to write a paper, even if you are an experieced author and/or have submitetted a paper in a previous JACoW conference. Do NOT reuse the source file from a previous paper to avoid use of possibly old template parts.
The deadline for the submission of paper contributions to the proceedings is:
Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at 23:59 CEST (UTC+2)
The Editor in Chief reserves the right to refuse papers for publication that do not meet a reasonable level of preparation.
Authors wanting to publish their contributions as a Light Peer Reviewed paper must first upload their files by Saturday, April 1, 2023 at 23:59 CEST (UTC+2).
Please follow the instructions about Light Peer Review on the dedicated page. After these papers are accepted (or rejected) by the Light Peer Review Manager they must be resubmitted for publication in JACoW.org by following the general instructions to submit a paper to the proceedings.
Before submission of Word and Latex documents, use JACoW’s Cat Scan Editor to obtain instant feedback on common formatting problems with your submission. With this tool you can make corrections to your paper before uploading to Indico, speeding up the editing process and reducing the time-to-publication.

To get citations of JACoW publications correctly formatted every time, use the JACoW search and tool for accelerator conference proceedings. Use this tool for all JACoW conference related citations, even for papers submitted to IPAC’23.
