Italy Visa Application and Entry Requirements

Click here to check if you need a visa to enter Italy. Please, bare in mind that receiving a VISA may take up to three months, depending on the country of origin. We recommend you applying as soon as possible.

Your invitation letter

If you require a personal letter of invitation to attend IPAC’23, please contact the Registration Secretariat by e-mail at registration@ipac23.org providing the following information:

Registration confirmation number (included on your confirmation email)
Complete name as indicated on your passport, including title (Mr., Mrs., Prof., Dr., etc)
Copy of your passport with readable passport no. and personal details
Email address, mailing address and company
Accepted paper number and title (if applicable)

Please note that you must be fully registered and have paid the relevant registration fee to obtain a letter of invitation for visa purposes.

The Organizing Secretariat cannot interfere with any Embassy or Consulate procedure on your behalf, so please, begin your visa application process as soon as you determine your attendance to IPAC’23.
