For the duration of IPAC’23 two rooms will be available for satellite meetings. Both of them are located in Palazzo del Casinó.

Satellite meetings are expected not to conflict with the program of the conference. For such reason the Conference organizers reserve the right not to accept meetings open to the general audience which may overlap with the conference program.
The deadline for requests is April 9, 2023, at 23:59 CEST.
To book a room, please, fill in the form above. A confirmation email will be sent to the meeting organizer as soon as all the details are checked.
Limited space is available at the conference. Reservation will be done on a first come, first served basis.

All meeting rooms are equipped with projector, screen, laptop for presentations, 2-3 microphones, slide advancer with laser pointer.
IPAC’23 will provide the room and all furniture/equipment that is listed above.
Room set up changes, catering or additional AV will be on the satellite meeting organizers own cost.
Meeting organizers are financially responsible for any equipment needed or any damage to the premises.
At the end of the meeting, the room must be left in the same condition prior to the meeting.
No food is permitted in Sala Mosaici 1.
